My parents have two plum trees that every year get so loaded of delicious plums. This year, took at once 12kg. Where my parents were born people call it kidney plum but in other parts of our country call it sloes. Whatever you want to call it, I find it delicious and are my favorite.
But with 12 kg of plums thought: "And what will I do with such plum?" Until Kika suggested me to make plum ice cream. After much research, I found this recipe on São's blog that pleased my children so much :)

Ingredientes:
15 ameixas
1 iogurte grego natural

After nearly a month's holiday break, I come back with a recipe I made up with the few ingredients they had in the fridge. I made it thinking about my daughter, who loved it and it was rectangular because I didn't have a pie pan at hand.
I can only say it was delicious, light and it was so simple to make!
